Listening to Louis Jordan, “the king of the jukebox,” always makes me happy. Another great option is Joe Jackson’s wonderful Jumpin Jive album which is largely a tribute to Jordan and the other hep cats. Then, there’s the Muppets, here doing a Jordan classic to great comic effect.
