The newest trend for the ultra folks is a commissioned cocktail. So, the Lexington-based owners of the Derby horse that starts this morning as the favorite, Friesan Fire, commissioned mixologist and “Trivial Thursdays” host Mick Jeffries to create two distinct cocktails for their A.P. Indy-sired entry. Friesan Fire is owned by Vinery, the farm of Dr. Tom Simon of Lexington and Mallorca, Spain and Fox Hill Farms’ Richard Porter, Hobe Sound, Fla.
