May I Maserati You?

If I’m glowing it’s because I’m in the presence of a couple of mint-condition cars straight out of my childhood dreams: a 1972 Maserati Merak (black) and a 1971 Maserati Ghibli (red). I said several times that, the longer I mooned over the Ghibli, the more I felt certain I was seeing the ghost of Marcello Mastroianni materializing behind the wheel. Oh, and yeah — in the background, l-r: a Rolls-Royce Cornich, and a pair of newer and older Bentleys. (Shooting for Smiley Pete’s Leading Ladies of the Bluegrass series.)
